Swedish mobile gaming company and provider of online casino and sports betting services LeoVegas will launch their proprietary brand GoGo Casino into new European markets next year. GoGo Has Gotten off to a Great Start
GoGo Casino was launched in March 2019 as the first brand on Leo Vegas’ proprietary multi-brand platform. Upon release, LeoVegas Group’s CEO Gustaf Hagman stated that: “Shortly after going live with our multi-brand portfolio, we are now launching GoGo Casino. The brand has a modern and fun tone that conveys a smooth experience and fills a hole in the market. For customers who value simplicity and speed, GoGo Casino sets an entirely new standard for the industry. GoGo is initially being launched in Sweden, but will go live in more markets soon.”
Through this campaign, LeoVegas focused on launching more localised products via its gaming platform. Following the announcement, Communications Director Hans Urhus said: “In a few months, GoGo Casino has been able to put a strong footprint as a challenging brand among the Swedish gaming community.”
“The number of players is increasing exponentially. The purpose of the in-house developed, multi-brand platform is to launch more customised brands for each market.”
2019 Was an Excellent Year for LeoVegas
Throughout 2019, LeoVegas has excelled in various iGaming industry areas. The operator has put a lot of effort into improving its overall compliance and responsibility posture. At the end of November, it joined the International Betting Integrity Association, which speaks volumes to the company’s dedication towards promoting safe, fair, and responsible gaming.
The company also had a positive revenue, partly due to GoGo Casino’s success in Sweden. In the third quarter, it reported a 12% year-on-year profit boost of around $97.6 million. After a successful Q3, Gustaf Hagman said:
“Greater regulatory complexity in several of our main markets has given rise to certain short-term challenges but is also raising to succeed in the sectors which benefit established companies. We continue our efforts to execute our strategy of innovation, expansion, and profitability.”
LeoVegas placed considerable emphasis on strengthening its position in Sweden through a new radio campaign.
“Radio has always been an important media channel for LeoVegas, and seasonal timing is just perfect to start testing different campaigns,” Hans Uhrus said.
“The reception to the brand and the retention on the customers’ side has been beyond any expectations. We attribute each success to a top-class service but also to the market conditions. Others continue putting their focus on what has worked before, while we are trying to challenge the status quo and find new standards for the industry.”
Reportedly, LeoVegas will be launching the second brand on its proprietary platform in Q1 2020.
