Lekker Bets welcome offer: See operator terms. The operator’s published terms currently disagree on wagering and on how long a bonus lasts, and the offer shown on the site changes by country, so we show no bonus amount or wagering figure.
Lekker Bets (lekkerbets.co.za) is a sportsbook and casino brand run by ProgressPlay Limited. Its About Us page says it was founded in 2024. The name and the .co.za address give it a South African flavour, and the site menu is split into Casino, Sports and Live.
Who runs Lekker Bets
Lekker Bets is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, a company registered in Malta (C58305). The site footer states that ProgressPlay Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39335. ProgressPlay runs four brands through the same partner programme: Africa Sports, BetNeptune and AceLucky.
Sports, casino and live
Ruby Affiliates, the brand's partner programme, describes Lekker Bets as a sportsbook, casino and bingo destination aimed at the UK, Europe and wider international markets. Sports and casino share one login and one cashier, so you do not need a second account to move from a football bet to a live table.
Payments
The Lekker Bets cashier page lists cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Trustly, MuchBetter, Payz, Neteller, Skrill, Neosurf and EFT by Swiffy for deposits. Card deposits are not available to UK players, and PayPal is only offered to customers in the UK and Ireland. For withdrawals the site lists cards, PayPal, Trustly, Payz, Neteller, Instant Bank Payment and EFT by Swiffy. Every withdrawal has one business day of processing; the transfer then takes three to seven business days for cards and PayPal, three for Trustly and Payz, and one for Neteller and Instant Bank Payment. Which methods you see depends on your country.
Safer gambling tools
Lekker Bets lets you set daily, weekly and monthly limits on deposits, wagers and losses, take a time-out, set a reality-check reminder or self-exclude for a fixed or open-ended period. The site is for adults only (18+). In South Africa, free help is available from the National Responsible Gambling Programme on 0800 006 008.
Before you sign up
We have not seen a South African provincial licence published on lekkerbets.co.za; the licence the operator cites is its Gambling Commission account for Great Britain. Sports betting in South Africa is licensed province by province, so check that the site is permitted where you live, read the operator terms before you deposit, and complete identity checks early to avoid delays on your first withdrawal.
18+. T&Cs apply. Please gamble responsibly. Facts checked on the operator site on 8 October 2026.
