Lycky Koi Review

Lycky Koi Introduction

Lucky Koi is a fantastic online slot from Microgaming. As the title suggests, it centres around the koi carp, which is considered to be a symbol of luck in Japanese culture, and if you get lucky when you play, you could find yourself winning up to 625,000 coins – far higher than the jackpot offered at many other online slots out there. Aside from the jackpot, you’ll find loads of other great features at Lucky Koi as well, including:

• High quality graphics
• Free spins
• An exciting bonus game
• 25 different paylines
• Wild symbols

As soon as you get started at this slot, you’ll hear the catchy music being played, before then seeing the amazing graphics on offer. All of the symbols come straight from a Japanese garden, and include such things as terrapins, dragonflies and, of course, the koi carp themselves. Keep an eye out for the scatter symbol while you’re playing, as this offers the highest prizes in the base game. To get started at this game, you’ll first need to choose how much you want to bet per payline, which can range from 0.01 coins all the way up to 0.10 coins. The prizes on the paytable will change whenever you change your bet amount, so you’ll always know how much you could win. You’ll also be able to choose how many of the paylines you want to have active, simply by clicking on the numbers on either side of the reels. When choosing, you should always remember that more paylines means more chances to win, while higher bets mean bigger potential prizes.

Lucky Koi Bonus Features

As with all good online slots, Lucky Koi offers some really nice bonus features to all players, which both increase the fun and the prizes that can be won. The first of the features to mention is a commonly found one though, and it’s the wild symbol. This is pretty easy to identify and can replace all other symbols on the reels, leading to some potentially nice prizes. It spins into view quite often, so expect it to contribute towards plenty of your wins. The next feature to talk about is the Free spins round, which is activated by getting three or more of the garden symbols anywhere on the reels. When you do, you will receive up to 30 Free spins – which is clearly a huge amount – and these Free spins could have anything up to a 5x multiplier attached to them. If that wasn’t enough, these Free spins can be retriggered while active! If you don’t fancy the Free spins, you have the option of picking a different bonus when you get three of the garden symbols though. During this bonus game, you’ll need to pick four of the koi carp swimming in the pond, and you’ll receive prizes when you do. It’s not as exciting as the Free spins, but the prizes can be equally as impressive.

Conclusion

Lucky Koi is an unusual slot, as it manages to mix a calm theme with the excitement of winning some absolutely huge prizes. The ability to choose between two different bonus games is an absolutely fantastic feature, however the main star of this slot is the fact that you could win up to 625,000 coins! So, why not spin the reels for free today?
