Game Symbols

The background shows a mysterious planet with a volcanoes and snowy mountains but your attention is likely to be firmly focussed on the glowing jewel-type symbols that fall into place on each spin. Each of the symbols represents one of the basic elements that make up the universe; Earth, Fire, Water and Air. They are all brightly drawn and add greatly to the otherworldly atmosphere on display. The range of clever animations in the game also helps to make it in an engrossing slot that springs to life at key moments. For example, when you get your first big win the animation will blow you away.

Features

The Avalanche system used in Elements: The Awakening, is a great way of adding some extra excitement to the typical reel-spinning approach of most online slots titles. When you get a winning line then the symbols on it explode and new symbols simply fall into play in their place. The Free Fall feature is another part of the Elements slot that adds to the excitement. In this case, you get one of the 4 different Free Fall modes triggered after picking up 4 Avalanches in a row.

Wild Symbols

Interestingly, the Wild symbols each act differently in this mode, depending upon which Free Fall feature has been activated. These include expanding Wilds, random Wilds and indestructible Wilds. For example, the Fire Storm Wild only appears on the middle reels and can expand to the 1^st or 5^th reel as well. The Air Storm Wild put a couple of Wilds onto the screen in a random manner and while they move on each spin they don’t disappear until the feature ends. Another type of Wild on the Free Falls is called the Earth Storm Wild. This variation gives you a Sticky Wild on the middle reels that only disappears when you fail to get a win or you resume the normal mode. Finally, the Water Storm Wild expands to fills the whole reel. It only ever pops up on the 2^nd, 3rd and 4^th reels. In normal play, the Wilds act in the usual way, simply replacing any other symbol apart from the Scatter.
